PASCO focuses on development and architecture within Microsoft’s cloud-based technologies under the Azure umbrella.
Our consultants are experienced and self-going. Our 2 founders began in the industry already in the last century, which means they have survived all Y2k hysteria (etc.) and everything else since.
Being an experienced consultant doesn’t only mean being good at system development or architecture. It means so much more. By being a consultant for many years, we have also gained insight into a number of different industries and thus can apply these knowledge in new assignments by seeing similarities and differences and being able to act from it, regardless of the industry.
One must also not forget the enormously important aspect, that an IT project is never an isolated technology project, but that there is always a strong connection between the technical solution and the requirements and needs of the business and in the end to be able to support the contract, there is always a contract at the bottom of all IT projects – of any project. It is precisely this insight and understanding that one gains through experience and experience comes only through years in the industry. It is this insight and experience that we hope to offer to our customers and thus offer them value-creating and better solutions.
Culture and health
PASCO works to promote employee health and well-being and does so by being responsive to employees’ needs and desires. This can be shown by eg. that we rather not work in very long assignments and that there is room for breathing space between projects. What this really means in each individual project is something that we discuss before the agreements are signed, we always make sure that both parties are satisfied and believe that we thus create a healthy and pleasant working environment.
Environment
We try, as far as possible, to always choose the most environmentally friendly option in any given situation if more than one alternative is available. E.g. we have 100% paperless handling of wages and invoices (both for customers and suppliers). We also do not print documents if it is not 100% necessary eg. because a customer requires the contract to be signed by analogy (with an old-fashioned pen), otherwise we use digital signatures.
